"The grapes for this luscious wine come from fig tree vineyard where a majestic 130-year old Black Mission fig tree stands amongst the vines. The vineyard became certified 100% organic and Biodynamic in 2005. Located at the confluence of Dry Creek and Wine Creek on our estate, the soil has an extensive gravel layer due to its proximity to the creeks, creating a well drained site and yielding grapes with unique flavor. This very special wine composed of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and15% Semillon grapes features delicious flavors of citrus and grapefruit zest with pleasant mineral character very reflective of its renowned Dry Creek Valley terroir."
