"100% Syrah from limestony sands, red clay and galets roulés, Aged in vats. The wines are big. Entirely destemmed, the grapes macerated for two weeks. Our Côtes-du-Rhône 2008 will surprise you for its level of quality. The final blend is as usual purple in color, concentrated, with great finesse and roundness. Blackcurrant, redberry, lavender, peat, roasted ham."
